
Great idea... until I feel back into a deep sleep with no 5th alarm backup!!! So in my panic, I got up, jumped in the shower and out the door! I somehow made it to work on-time but talk about stress!!
Am I the only nut that has 4 alarms and still manages to sleep in? What do I do? How do I beat the temptation to cuddle up for a few more minutes? Should I create a 5th alarm?

There's an alarm clock that works with your sleep cycle and wakes you up at the optimal time so that when it does ring, you don't feel the need to go back to sleep. There's also an iPhone app that mimics the same.

omg. I have as many 2 alarms to wake up, one to leave, and a peeper to go to bed or start thinking about it. LOL. I am terrible. because if i could, i would take naps throughout the day. I still need a 10 min nap. how do i get rid of it?
